Ordering was fine overall. Nothing too terrible. The website was easy to figure out, but the checkout dragged a bit. Then the confirmation email didn’t show up right away, so I was kind of just waiting. A little annoying. Order went through in the end, though. Just not the smoothest experience.

We bought a BabyBjorn bouncer and I swear this thing is indestructible. It’s been used every single day and somehow still looks great, like it’s just casually ignoring the chaos of having a baby. The fabric washes really easily, the frame feels super sturdy, and there are no weird loose bits or anything. It’s definitely a bit pricey, but compared to the cheaper ones we tried, this has held up so much better it’s almost ridiculous.

I was kind of expecting it to be more of a hassle, but it’s really not. Most messes just wipe right off super fast, and when the covers need a proper wash, they come out looking nice too. It’s one of those things I didn’t think I’d care about that much, but now I really appreciate how low-maintenance it is. No fuss, which is exactly what I wanted.

I emailed them and they got back to me fairly quickly, not instantly, but reasonable. The return label was easy to sort out, and my refund came through after a few days. I do wish the updates had been a little clearer along the way, because I didn’t really feel like chasing anything. Overall though, it was a good experience

For me, though, the straps were frustrating to adjust, and it never really sat comfortably on either me or my baby. I really wanted to like this, but my baby just doesn’t seem very comfortable in it. The support feels kind of stiff, and he starts getting fussy quickly when he’s in there. I mean, it might work great for other babies, but for us, unfortunately, it just wasn’t the best fit

I got the BabyBjorn bouncer because everyone made it sound like it would be this amazing fix for a fussy baby, i kind of feel like that promise was oversold. It does help sometimes, especially when my baby is already winding down or just needs a little gentle movement.

I was surprised by how many colors they had. Not just the same old baby pinks and blues, but actual nice shades. I found this soft green bouncer that looks really good in our living room, like really good. Checkout was quick and easy too. Overall, super happy with it

We got the babybjorn travel crib for our 7-month-old and omg, he actually sleeps in it. His naps are longer now, it’s super quick to set up, and it feels really safe. Tbh, I wish we’d bought it way sooner.
